Misleading statistic - avg snowfall is way less th

The Climate tab for 98281 says we average 14 inches of snow. One year in the last decade saw maybe 14". We haven't seen more than a couple inches in at least four years.

For people who hate extremes, this is a rural, protected paradise just 5 minutes from the amenities of suburban Vancouver. The average high in mid-summer is 72°F and 42°F in mid-winter.
